🤔 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿? 🤔 Artificial intelligence is changing the way talent is selected, but one thing is certain... technology alone can't "read between the lines" of a CV. We spoke with Matthew Rea, Senior Talent Partner at Incubeta, to explore how to strike the right balance between automation and personalization in recruiting. Here’s what he had to say 👇 1. 𝗔𝗜? 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. It speeds up selection and uncovers hidden talent, but it can't grasp nuances and potential like an experienced recruiter. Best used as support, not a replacement. 2. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 + 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 = 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. AI helps filter CVs, but hiring goes beyond keywords. The real value lies in blending data, intuition, and empathy. Automation, but with purpose. Fast screening and predictive analytics are helpful, but without human judgment, top talent may slip through the algorithm’s cracks. 3. 𝗔𝗜 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻. Data helps, but recruiting remains a human-driven process. A great recruiter knows when to follow insights and when to trust instinct. In the full interview, Matt also shares his career journey, the importance of company culture, and the most in-demand qualities companies seek today. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/dFJKPzJU

🔎 "Young talent today isn’t just looking for a job—they’re seeking a meaningful experience." 🔍 We interviewed Steve Cadigan, LinkedIn's First Chief HR Officer and one of the top 200 Global Thought Leaders in the world of People & Talent. Believe us... his insights are truly impactful! "One element that makes this generation different is the unprecedented visibility they have into career choices and the many ways to leverage their skills. More than any previous generation, they see a vast landscape of opportunities and want to explore. As a result, turnover is naturally higher — not necessarily because they’re disengaged, but because they’re pioneers seeking new adventures and experiences" So, what strategies can companies adopt to attract, engage, and retain young talent in this new workforce scenario? -- The full interview with Steve is in the first comment 👇

🤔 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵? 🤔 Recently, we talked about how Gen Z is rethinking career growth, favoring more dynamic and flexible paths over traditional corporate hierarchies. 𝟲𝟵% of Gen Z finds management roles stressful and unrewarding, while 𝟱𝟮% don’t see them as a priority. Why? Too much pressure, little satisfaction, and the risk of being stuck between leadership and operations. Now, we’d love to hear your thoughts! 👇

📊 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗭 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 📊 Have you ever thought that the traditional idea of "climbing the corporate ladder" is no longer appealing? For many young people, rising through company hierarchies is no longer a goal. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 represents exactly this: the conscious choice to move away from middle management in favor of more flexible, collaborative leadership models focused on personal growth. But why do fewer and fewer young people see a managerial role as desirable? According to a survey conducted by the British company Robert Walters: - 𝟲𝟵% consider these roles stressful and unrewarding - 𝟭𝟴% feel they have limited decision-making autonomy - 𝟭𝟭% see few opportunities for growth So, does it still make sense to aim for these roles if the balance between effort and benefits isn’t convincing? 𝟱𝟮% say no, and in France, the percentage rises to 𝟳𝟳%. On the other hand, even those currently in these roles are struggling: 𝟳𝟭% of middle managers feel overwhelmed, stressed, and under pressure. This is why the new generation doesn’t just want to reject these roles but redefine their meaning—less bureaucracy, more autonomy, and a focus on skill development. Not just climbing a hierarchy, but creating spaces where talent can evolve freely. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments! 👇

🌍 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻? 🌍 Chloë Gillard, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager at Version 1, has a clear idea: "Inclusion only works if it is part of the company culture and not an isolated initiative." That’s why at Version 1, they created "Real People, Real Stories": a space where anyone can share their experience, tell their journey, and give voice to stories that are often unheard. Because inclusion starts with listening. But how can you create an environment where everyone truly feels included? 1. Tailored strategy: every company is unique; inclusion is not a copy-paste process. 2. Spaces for dialogue: giving people a voice to bring out every perspective. 3. Culture of inclusion: a few occasional events are not enough; real change is needed. Chloe also reminds us that inclusion and diversity cannot be imposed, but are built every day through concrete actions and awareness. "Bringing your difference makes a difference" is the principle she follows in her work, turning diversity into real value. Discover more in her full interview👇 https://lnkd.in/dVCXJgEg
