As September comes to a close, we want to commemorate World Suicide Prevention Month – a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and extend support to those who may be struggling. According to NAMI, 46% of people who die by suicide had a diagnosed mental health condition — but research suggests that 90% may have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.
