Fowler is excited to announce Executive Assistant and Board Coordinator Pamela Coit has taken on additional responsibilities as our first ever Director of Organizational Belonging! Pam has held multiple positions at Fowler for almost 20 years! In 2021, she launched Fowler’s Workplace Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging program. She continues to lead this important initiative with a human-centered mindset alongside a committee of teammates and residents. She is passionate about diversity, and her continued desire to learn more about the human experience serves the Fowler organization well. As Director of Organizational Belonging, Pam continues her efforts for the CEO and the Board of Directors, with the additional responsibility of increasing community connections and inclusion at Fowler. She oversees educational and celebratory events centered on meaning and personal growth. Bringing teammates together in these ways gives them a deeper sense of belonging and dedication to each other and their work. This lifts Fowler residents as well, giving elders the status and appreciation they deserve. “I want to create environments and spaces where people find their purpose,” says Pam, adding, “This makes profound belonging possible.” Congratulations Pam! Lisa Mumford has been with Juliette Fowler Communities for 10 years and helped create The Ebby House program as well as the Youth Support Center, Fowler’s community outreach program for children and youth. Lisa has molded and directed all children, youth and family services with amazing and continued results. With 10 years' experience as a counselor, social worker and Director at Fowler, Lisa has come to recognize the importance and beauty of our programming we offer our residents and community. We would like to announce Lisa as Fowler’s Director of Programming. A new position, she will be responsible for guiding and growing current programs such as the children, youth and family services, intergenerational programs, memory care, assisting with life enrichment and spiritual life, as well as creating and overseeing new programs in health and wellness, and lifetime learning for our residents, community and staff. Lisa strives to exemplify Fowler’s philosophy of Loving People, Pursuing Excellence and Making a Difference. Congratulations, Lisa!

What a night! Our team had a blast on Tuesday at National Night Out East Dallas in Willis Winters Park, connecting with our wonderful neighbors and first responders. It was all smiles as staff, residents, and even staff little ones came together for some neighborhood fun, safety awareness, first-responder appreciation, painting, and sno-cones!
