Join us at the Butterfly Festival: JA Fellows Business Expo! Junior Achievement of South Florida is proud to showcase our talented JA Fellows at the 2025 Coconut Creek Butterfly Festival. Our student entrepreneurs will be presenting their innovative small businesses alongside 75 local vendors at this exciting community event.     Event Highlights:  ·        Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025  ·        Time: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  ·        Location: Sabal Pines Park, 5005 NW 39th Avenue, Coconut Creek  What to Expect:  ·        11 high school teams from Broward and Palm Beach Counties  ·        Students selling unique products and services  ·        Real-world entrepreneurial experience for young business leaders  ·        Opportunity to engage with thousands of potential customers    The JA Fellows program empowers students to conceptualize, capitalize, and manage their own small businesses. This festival provides an incredible platform for these young entrepreneurs to highlight their skills and creativity. Yesterday we had the pleasure of showcasing Junior Achievement of South Florida's programs to local schools and community partners. Through innovative programs such as our 8th grade JA Finance Park we are changing the way students are exposed to Career Exploration - exciting them about their future jobs through technology and hands on learning. Offering schools programs where students can practice what they are learning outside of the classroom only increases student engagement and we are here to support ALL schools in Broward County and South Palm Beach.
