KASIC was established to address the use of antimicrobials across the Commonwealth of Kentucky in order to optimize clinical outcomes while minimizing adverse consequences of antimicrobial use. KASIC is lead by a multidisciplinary team at the Norton Infectious Diseases Institute at Norton Healthcare.
