We’re looking for a rising senior ISR intern to help us generate and do research on leads this summer. This position is roughly 40 hours per week and our hope is that it would lead to a full-time position upon graduation. Our AI-driven approach ensures a seamless fit for our clients’ unique needs, delivering efficiency, precision, and accelerated time-to-hire. As a member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to empower businesses with exceptional talent acquisition and operational excellence. Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Remote Pay Range: $18-21/hour depending on experience Hours: 40/week Dates: (flexible) 6/1/24 – 9/1/24 (would hope to continue in part time capacity in the fall) Responsibilities: Use Sales Navigator to generate and qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts. Work closely with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals. Perform meticulous data hygiene for leads, accounts and opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate. Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a strong academic record. Strong adaptability skills with an ability to handle changing demands and situations to remain effective in a variety of settings. Proactive with a strong sense of initiative, taking the lead in uncharted situations and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High energy and positive attitude with a desire to work in a results-driven environment. Demonstrated interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and the enterprise sales process. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
