Our Employees Give Back!
We love seeing our employees giving back to their communities. For example, while doing on-site work for our Veliscol Northern Disposal Area Remedial Action project in Toone, TN, our employees helped with trash pickup in and around storm water drainage areas near the site. This volunteer work was performed in support of the “Clean Streams for Tennessee” cleanup effort. We are proud of our team members' efforts in making our communities better places to live.

In 2012, we elected to provide eligible employees equity ownership interest in our company, and in 2017, we became a 100% employee-owned company. This is the culmination of hard work of our employees, innovation in our approaches, company growth, and profitability. All eligible employees are given ownership in the form of ESOP shares which allows them to actively participate in the growth of the company. Our employees are our most valuable asset. For that reason, we applaud when our team members make new strides in their career trajectories. For example, Christina Brooks recently passed her Part 107 UAV Drone pilot course, making her a certified UAV Drone pilot. We use RTK drone surveying on many of our projects, so Christina's success makes us a better company and partner.
