We are huge fans of Ethan Mollick's research and wisdom here at www.kindo.ai Reposting his recent musings on the proper way to think about and utilize AI here. We love this quote: "Ask the question: 'if this was a human, what feedback or guidance would I give?'" AI is best thought of as a highly-intelligent, but inexperienced intern who can help you burn through an amazing amount of work, BUT (and this is a big "but") AI cannot read your mind. In order to properly leverage AI, you need to tell it exactly what you want....just like you would with a very smart, but inexperienced, new hire....

This is so very serious from an IT Security perspective when thinking about Microsoft's AI solutions, it bears repeating. This is a big deal. It's the first (as far as we know) official statement from a non-tech company CEO (Walmart) quantifying the value of generative AI within their business processes. Generative AI's value prop does lie very heavily in the use cases to which it is applied.
