Wow! This Playmaker Game Design Camp at Do Greater, Inc. | Do Greater Creative Labs is rolling! Tons of fun moments. Plenty of learnings. And no shortage of ideas for the next iteration. This video is my reflection going into Day 4 of the camp, before the campers presented and playtested their board games with the employees at Kingsmen Software. And they did well! 3 teams. 3 original board games. From inception to physical prototype in 3 days! And in those 3 days, I saw literal tears of resistance on Monday turn into enthusiasm by Wednesday afternoon. But this is all the result of like-minded people getting together and saying, “Let’s do this!” If you don’t have people in your life that can pull on you and make you better, then you become that person that pulls on others, making them better. Here’s to the Playmakers! More updates coming.

Last month, we thanked Jeremy Andler for going above and beyond for our team and clients! Jeremy stepped in during the scope delivery for a major project. The team works on a critical system of record that interfaces with many other systems, often making it complex and intimidating. Rather than shying away, Jeremy jumped in headfirst, learning from seasoned teammates. As the team transitions into the next phase of the project, Jeremy independently writes many of the user stories and helps the team operate smoothly, a testament to the hard work put in to learn about the system late last year and early this year. More importantly, Jeremy's great attitude and ability to bring fun to the team make a significant impact. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Kingsmen, Jeremy!
