“Yes-people” – drop a ✋ in the comments…then read this article. In a world full of demands, it’s easy to fall into the habit of saying “yes” to everything. So many of us struggle to set boundaries for fear of rejection, desire for approval, or even out of good manners. But saying “yes” isn’t always the best choice. While it can open doors to new opportunities, overcommitting can lead to stress, burnout, and strained relationships. At Kooth, we’re committed to building psychologically flexible communities by offering digital support for young people. Our resources, tools, and coaching help young people develop crucial skills like boundary setting. #PracticeSayingNo #BoundarySetting #BurnoutPrevention https://lnkd.in/gKNp5ZQ2

The Soluna team was thrilled to be a part of the Los Angeles Rams Girls' Flag Jamboree, sponsored by Bridgestone Americas, at UCLA this weekend! Soluna hosted a braiding station to help players stay cool in the heat and rock their sport with confidence. Kooth's very own VP of Clinical Integrations & Partnerships (CA), Dr. Laura Tully Ph.D., spoke on a panel hosted by Los Angeles Dodgers' reporter and host Kirsten Watson, intended to inspire participants' journeys after their flag football and high school careers. Congratulations to all of the players, and thank you to the LA Rams for supporting these teens!
