We looked at data from 9000 employees who had conversations in Korero and plotted their 'flight risk' against their department, this was the result... FOH are the most likely to leave at any one time (1.81 out of 3) BOH are the second most likely to leave (1.72 out of 3) Management are least likely to leave (1.68 out of 3)

Our customers assess their employees risk of leaving the business (flight risk) on a scale between 1 - 3 and we grouped the data into age generations, here's the results... Boomers 1.2 (least likely to leave at any given point) Gen X 1.5 Millennials 1.75 Gen Z 1.84 (most likely to leave at any given point)
