This beautiful, large lot in Bloomfield Township allowed the Krieger Klatt team to create a sprawling, single-story home that takes advantage of views and natural light. The residence was subdivided to clearly distinguish the opening living spaces with a private bedroom wing with a luxurious master suite. The oversized terrace overlooks the expansive rear yard and gorgeous custom pool. Congratulations to our very own Eric Meyers on successfully completing the prestigious Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program! 🎓 In Session 5, Eric – alongside Amanda Badgero from SmithGroup – led an engaging discussion on "Industry Culture & Trends," where they explored the significant effects of Artificial Intelligence and Computational Design on the architecture profession. Designed for emerging professionals, CKLDP focuses on honing leadership skills and building collaborative opportunities within the architectural industry.
