Our team was proud to donate our time to set trusses for the Home Construction Cooperative with Green County Development Corporation and the School District Of Monroe. We had a chance to talk to some of the trade leaders of tomorrow (the students) to hear more about the impact of their project and hear more about the trades from their perspective. Special shoutout to Tony, Bryce, Jace, Olivia Otte and Chuck Lynch for hopping on camera and to everyone who makes this project possible. Chad's passion for construction started in the Capstone program at Monroe High School where he had the opportunity to build a house in high school. Full circle moment as we were able to set trusses for the Home Construction Cooperative yesterday. Hear Chad talk about his excitement about the next generation of tradespeople!
