Know what support looks like for ALL teams (store and back-office) before signing. 2) What am I paying for, exactly? — Retailers should always ask a few specific questions when it comes to pricing, it can be a major 🚩 🚩 3) How will the solution connect to the rest of my system? — "Custom" often means "untested." When it comes to integrations and implementations, experience matters.
