About Rachael Thomas: Rachael brings extensive experience in all facets of Organizational Effectiveness including change management, communications and employee engagement. She has a track record of taking a human centric approach to enabling and supporting employees through complex organizational and technical transformations. Outside of work, Rachael loves to hike, mountain bike and garden. Her goal is to build experiences that help employees embrace today’s environment of perpetual change. “The pace of change has never been this fast, yet it will never be this slow again.” – Justin Trudeau (2018). About Keith Price, Ph.D.: Keith brings a unique blend of experience in IT change management and a strong academic background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He is heavily focused on creating and implementing new solutions to help guide organizations through complex change while mitigating risk in the GenAI landscape. Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his family exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling whenever possible, and scuba diving.

Most recently, he's focused on guiding organizations through AI strategy and governance conversations to prioritize high impact use cases and identify the best technology approaches for responsible AI adoption. Jeremy is passionate about exploring the impact of emerging technologies on a variety of industries and has led multiple Microsoft private preview implementations, Generative AI MVPs, and Microsoft co-sponsored innovation experiences. He's also deeply invested in working with university students and early career technologists to help them identify where their skills and passion can meet opportunities. Jeremy's motto? "Words create worlds" (Abraham Joshua Heschel) and the opportunity for change.

Lantern is proud to welcome our newest team member Krishna Kumar to the Modern Work team in Calgary. With over 17 years of expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 solutions, Krishna specializes in enterprise architecture, including content management, governance, and process automation. As a proven leader in digital transformation, he has successfully led large-scale migrations, modern workplace solutions, and developed technical strategies for the M365 platform. Outside of work, Krishna is passionate about football and carries a strong love for basketball. He enjoys traveling with his family and is always on the lookout for great food. Personal Mantra: Focus on making progress, not on being perfect. Push boundaries and aim to do better.
