Since October 2023, she has been instrumental in imparting valuable knowledge and life skills to girls. 💬 Reflecting on her experience, Aisha highlights the girls' eagerness to learn and embrace new ideas as the driving force behind the program's success. She acknowledges the challenge of navigating through the comprehensive curriculum, especially when teaching in IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camps, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the teaching process. ✨ The impact of the Girl Boss program on the girls was profound. 🌟 20-year-old Rayapudi Sai Nikitha's journey epitomizes the transformative power of entrepreneurial education. She completed our Girl Boss Basics program in the year 2022 at Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women (TSWRDC) TSWREIS, Khammam, in rural Telangana. The Girl Boss Basics program enabled her to harness creativity and community insights to launch an eco-friendly business venture in her second year of college.
