⭐ Employee Spotlight: Meet Juan Robherto Pedrin Mendivil Robherto Pedrin started his career with LeadVenture 12 years ago as a Data Entry Clerk in the Ecommerce space. Looking back at his career, time spent at the office or social events bonding with his teammates are his most cherished memories. But while Robherto may play hard, he works even harder. He holds one quote close to his heart, “Primero lo que deja”, meaning that first you need to take care of your obligations and then you can enjoy the success.   Dedicated to teamwork, Robherto shared ideas and strategies throughout the years to make departments stronger. The thrill of solutions and positive results motivated Robherto to keep pushing forward. He created a metrics system to measure team successes stating, “It is very comforting to know that the reports are supported by verifiable and measurable data, not only by perceptions of productivity.” His determination, thoughtful feedback, and growth mindset led Robherto to his current position as Operations Manager.   The future is bright for Robherto as he continues to pursue leadership opportunities within LeadVenture, chasing the goal to manage not only local teams but expanding his reach to international teams as well.
