Earlier this week, the Legacy Health Team had the opportunity to participate in the OSU Skilled Nursing Townhall. It was a pleasure to attend as part of their Skilled Nursing Network and work collaboratively with the OSU team on improving patient outcomes as we push into 2025. At the end of the event, OSU honored their high-performing skilled nursing partners, and we were honored that our Legacy Hillsboro facility received recognition for Clinical Excellence.

We are happy to announce that our Orchard Villa facility in Oregon, Ohio, is now accepting patients requiring ventilator management. This specialized program is led by a board-certified Pulmonologist, as well as on-site nurse practitioners and respiratory therapists. April is Occupational Therapy Month. OT is a crucial part of the rehabilitation process for the patient population coming to sub-acute rehab.
