The Leon County Clerk's Office organizes and maintains records of court hearings and trials. We process civil and criminal cases, and file indictments, verdicts, and other pertinent information. When cases are appealed, we prepare appellate records.

Several offices have self-help centers available for individuals to receive legal resources and help navigate a variety of legal matters. In Leon County, the Honorable Nikki A. Clark Low Bono Center is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 4pm for low cost consultations with attorneys from the Tallahassee Bar Association.
