Throughout October, #TeamLessen from all three offices participated in our 5K run/walk – an initiative geared towards bringing people from across the business together to form relationships and better themselves! At Lessen's 5k event in Scottsdale, employees had the opportunity to participate in a fun run/walk, followed by engaging activities that allowed them to socialize with each other, their families, and their friends. In addition to the main event, special activities designed for the children of the employees, including coloring and painting sessions, added an extra layer of enjoyment and bonding for everyone involved. Our Chicago team members have committed to coming together each Tuesday during their lunch hour to walk through the city’s Millennium Park every week until they meet their distance goal. This has empowered our Chicago Lessen crew to step away from their desks, get some fresh air, and uplift one another!

From September 15th to October 15th, Lessen joins the nation in commemorating #HispanicHeritageMonth, a time to celebrate the heritage, history, traditions, and cultural diversity of Hispanic Americans whose heritage is rooted in several South and Central American countries and territories. With UNIDOS ERG Collaborative, we hosted a Hispanic Heritage Month Trivia & Potluck, where Lessen employees gathered virtually and in person at our Chicago, Scottsdale, and Phoenix offices, to bond over their favorite Hispanic dishes and participate in a friendly trivia competition.
