    What happens when you need feedback from a test subject whose language you don’t speak? We don’t have cat translators at Highlight, but we do have ways to determine what a cat thinks of your cat litter. This test required unique problem solving–and not just because cats can’t tell us what they’re really thinking. This well-established cat litter brand needed sensory data and longitudinal usage data from a small sample size. With Highlight, they designed a survey to get the insights they needed–at a 100% completion rate–with live data dashboards and in-depth interviews with product testers.
