Last night, I had the pleasure of hosting Lime Connect’s neurospicy community group, and the conversation centered around managers: What qualities define a good manager? What qualities define a good manager for a person with a disability? It got me thinking about how challenging it can be, especially for us neurospicy individuals, to gauge whether a manager will be a good fit during brief interview processes.
