We land leaders for mission-driven organizations.

About us

At Lincoln Leadership, we surface and evaluate leaders. Our mission is to deliver sustainable leadership solutions to mission-centered organizations and those they serve. Our services don’t begin or end with executive search. We offer assimilation and onboarding services, as well as executive coaching. We also partner with Boards and CEOs to provide organizational consulting and succession planning. We believe leaders build confidence. They develop others. They exercise humility and find time to relax. They listen and learn, deferring credit and sharing blame. They communicate, collaborate, and provide clarity. And most importantly, they make decisions. We serve a wide variety of organizations and institutions—from colleges and universities to healthcare and academic medical centers, to social impact nonprofit organizations—to discover both emerging and seasoned executives. Based on our clients’ aspirations, we customize our process to prioritize their leadership requirements for success while applying a rigorous and equitable approach towards assessing individuals. Along the way, we unearth executives’ narratives, passions, and talents to explore alignment with our client’s future. Named after Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, Lincoln Leadership champions its values of good will, belonging and meaning, courage, integrity, and dignity.
