📣 Our community is growing!    In 2023… 👀 We reached an international audience with 530,548 visitors to our website and blogs, 48,710 recipients of our newsletter, and 54,205 followers on social media. 👩🎓We provided 7,564 hours of online education to 584 learners, and issued 365 Living Future Accreditations, raising our total number to 1,341 LFA credentialed professionals.  🌎We facilitated the launch of 7 Regional Member Communities (Australia, CA, CO, Greater D.C, Greater Nashville, IL, and WA) that offer place-based education and connection opportunities. 🚚We engaged 370 manufacturers to disclose ingredient information on 1,325 Declare labels, including a record-setting 347 new labels (+125 YoY). 🧑💻We ended the year with active Just labels from 161 firms with a total of 36,000 employees (+ 5,000 YoY). 🏫We certified 20 diverse building projects, representing 3M sq. ft. (2x more than previous high), from a 100 sq. ft. affordable housing project to an almost 1M sq. ft. hockey arena. Federal investments are paving the way for a greener future:  1️⃣ The EPA is allocating nearly $250M to promote low-carbon construction materials, with $160M dedicated to grants that help businesses disclose carbon emissions through EPDs.  2️⃣ The updated Just 3.0 label from Living Future introduces rigorous criteria for workforce diversity, accessibility, and pay equity, empowering companies to achieve tangible social equity gains.  3️⃣ Comprehensive policy advancements, including the National Blueprint for Building Decarbonization, are improving the resilience and health of our built environment while addressing worker protections against extreme heat.
