The Club is excited to welcome Justin Martin as Chief Operating Officer for Loudoun Soccer. Justin brings more than a decade of experience to the new position, having served in a variety of administrative roles with Loudoun County Public Schools prior to joining the Club. As COO, Justin intends to focus initially on understanding the organization’s internal processes while getting to know the staff that have helped make the Club what it is today. Loudoun Soccer CEO Mark Ryan predicts a positive impact for the Club. “I am delighted to welcome Justin into the new role of COO for Loudoun Soccer. WANTED: Chief Operating Officer   Loudoun Soccer is seeking highly-qualified candidates for the role of Club Chief Operating Officer.   Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Club’s day-to-day operations, including:   •      Internal operations administration •      Special project management •      Staff development •      Workplace safety & compliance implementation •      Human resources management   A Master’s degree in a sports management-related field and at least five years’ senior leadership experience are preferred.
