The #SuperBowl: it's the "big game" for football and advertising, but 2025's roster of brands isn't going bold with their ads. "I've come to call this Super Bowl the 'Superficial Bowl.' For [several reasons] brands aren't necessarily going to push the boundaries, they aren't going to lean into cultural issues, certainly not political issues.
