🎉 Another grand opening in the books! 🎉 Today, we celebrated the opening of Kōz on Alderwood Mall Blvd in Lynnwood. This transit-oriented development underscores the City of Lynnwood’s commitment to expanding affordable housing options in our City and City Center. Through the MFTE program, 20% of the units are reserved for low and moderate-income households, ensuring affordability for our community. Strategically located less than a block from the new Lynnwood City Center Light Rail Station, residents benefit from seamless connectivity to the broader Seattle metro area. This milestone is a testament to the strong collaboration between the City of Lynnwood, Koz Development, and Sound Transit, showcasing the power of public-private partnerships in meeting our community’s housing and transportation needs. #EconomicDevelopment #TransitOrientedDevelopment #WorkforceHousing #Lynnwood #LynnwoodCityCenter
