// Part I // At M2G, we believe art can speak for us when words are not adequate. It serves as an inspiration piece throughout most of our development projects, and our ventures in philanthropy are no different. We have strategically partnered with local, regional, and national artists to commission artwork that is auctioned off at our fundraising gala, Art of the Mind at Tannahill's Music Hall, with all auction proceeds benefitting the mission and work of UT Southwestern Center for Depression Research and Clinical Care. Take a look at some of the one-of-a-kind pieces created solely for our initiative: Artworks included in this sneak peek include: “Fancy Free” by Whitney Avra “Sleep Dreamer” by Daniel Blagg “Moon Shoes” by Jay Wilkinson "Bunch of Cactus" by Jim Malone "Emergent Clarifying Temporal Embodiments" by Jim Woodson "Waiting on the Texrail" by Nancy Lamb "Soy Blue" by Cruz Ortiz Together, we can change the way we treat mental illness. A special thank you to our Mural sponsor, Simmons Bank, for making the art auction possible.

We are excited to announce our continued ventures in Austin with the acquisition of 211 E Alpine, marking our 2nd investment in Austin and our 3rd investment in Grey Swan I fund. In partnership with Evergen Equity, LLC, Alpine is the renovation of a 50,000 square foot hub of innovation, seamlessly blending creative and industrial uses in a dynamic infill light-industrial building. Located in Austin's dynamic South Congress Corridor, we look forward to repositioning this asset through strategic improvements, design enhancements, capital improvements, and a full project rebrand.

M2G's reason for being is to inspire evolution through impact and innovation. While that mantra certainly applies to the placemaking and trend-setting projects we undertake, it speaks to so much more because what drives us is so much more. Central to our work is the belief that businesses and communities are fundamentally intertwined, just like spaces and the people who occupy them. That means businesses like ours have the responsibility and privilege to be change agents, transforming social paradigms, modeling ethical practices, and changing conversations for the benefit of the vulnerable. This vision manifests itself through two programs we’ve poured our heart and soul into over the last several years. Today, we're shining a heartfelt spotlight on M2G MHI, our mental health initiative launched in 2019, and M2G+, our ESG program formalized in 2023. Learn more today:
