As the first-ever private dining experience by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, Boulud Privé offers an exclusive culinary experience, including in-residence dining and room service menu designed by Chef Boulud himself. The Mandarin Oriental Residences on Fifth Avenue, developed by SHVO, was recently featured on Netflix. Marin Architects is incredibly honored to have contributed to this project as the architect, alongside the talented interior design team over at MAWD | March and White Design and The Rinaldi Group as the general contractor. These residences are a true embodiment of comfort and luxury. As a branded residential property by Mandarin Oriental, they offer a fully furnished experience that mirrors the renowned sophistication and service of the brand’s iconic hotels. Formally the Gucci Headquarters, this historic building has been transformed into stunning luxury residences. Marin Architects worked tirelessly to bring this vision to live and we’re so proud to see it’s celebrated on Selling the City! 685 Fifth Avenue (Mandarin Oriental Residences), developed by SHVO, and designed by Marin Architects, recently made an appearance on Netflix's "Selling the City". The Rinaldi Group is proud and honored to have been involved in such a magnificent project. Located on New York’s “richest corner” at the corner of 54th Street & Fifth Avenue, previously home to the storied world headquarters of Gucci and presently to high-end retailers Coach, Stuart Weitzman and TAG Heuer for what stands today as a 30-Story world-class ultra-luxurious hotel residence with a concierge serviced 69-private hotel residences, a 25th Floor Boulud Prive private restaurant, bar and lounge run by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud with optional room service, a 27th Floor outdoor roof-top swimming pool with views of Central Park and a 5th Floor Spa & Fitness Center.

Xadia Hotel at 58 West 39th Street is coming along! Located right behind our office(yes, literally!), we’ve had the unique opportunity of witnessing its’ construction progress first hand. Take a look as the curtain wall installation occurs - a precise but fascinating process. Stay tuned for more updates in the upcoming weeks, including a full run down in how this cantilever structure came to be the crowned jewel of Bryant Park.

Kicking Off 2025 with a first look of 99 Granite! Located in the heart of Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood, 99 Granite is a reflection of architectural ingenuity. This six-story residential development spans 59,000 square feet and includes two levels of parking— thoughtfully designed to accommodate the demands of city living. Given its proximity to MTA tunnel walls, this project required a specialized approach to ensure safety and stability. As we move through 2025, we’re excited to share updates on this project through its stages of development. We can’t wait to see 99 Granite come to life and make its mark on the Bushwick community.
