It's all in the details! At 1638 Park Avenue, designed by Marin Architects, every design element has been thoughtfully selected. This nine-story residential building, located in the heart of East Harlem, reflects our commitment to creating inviting and dynamic spaces. The building's façade showcases a careful arrangement of sleek brickwork complemented by bold yet soothing green tiles at the entryway, creating a sense of harmony and calm. Our design philosophy promises design that is elegantly straightforward, compellingly enduring and powerfully significant. YIMBY recently covered the Xadia Hotel, the 42-story hotel at 58 West 39th Street in Midtown, Manhattan, which has officially reached its topping-off point. Designed by our team, this 475-foot structure was a product of zoning ingenuity and design brilliance. As an effort to maximize space and ensure a design that speaks for itself, Marin Architects successfully utilized our zoning and creative expertise to create a cantilever that will support the additional suites added to the overall building. Designed by Marin Architects, 1638 Park Avenue is a true reflection of placing people at the heart of our designs. Certified as a NYC Green Property, not only does this development hope to enrich the surrounding neighborhood and enhance the resident's experience, it speaks to our commitment of sustainable design. The building offers sleek studios and spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, along with premium amenities such as private storage cages, ample bike storage, and a stunning rooftop space perfect for relaxation or social gatherings. Designing this building has been an interesting story. As you may have noticed, the building has a unique style as it is designed by two different architects, which is exactly what happened. I can only take credit for the two-story retail portion.
