MBC Group Packaging Div is focused on thermoformed packaging and printed materials. Our new manufacturing team offers extensive experience in thermoformed plastic design, manufacturing and sealing for both small and wide format. Quick change tooling provides easy set-ups for short runs or long runs. Our digitally printed/cut materials focus on small run, short lead-time (SRSLT) materials. No Tooling. No Plates. What an exciting day in West Lafayette! The School of Engineering Technology at Purdue Polytechnic Institute's new Smart Manufacturing Center on Purdue University's campus is the largest learning facility of its kind in the U.S. The IEDC's Executive Vice President of Workforce and Talent Tony Denhart was part of the grand opening. He moderated a roundtable on the practical steps to address the manufacturing technical skills gap. Tony was joined by Ivy Tech Community College's Molly Dodge, Nicole Otte with Endress+Hauser Group, CESMII's John Dyck, Purdue Polytechnic's Ken Burbank and Caterpillar Inc.'s Bart Myers.
