Congratulations to North Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC on the grand opening of their state-of-the-art facility in Casselton! We're honored to have been part of this project that will benefit local farmers and boost the region's economy.
North Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC in action! On August 7, we celebrated CGB Enterprises, Inc. and Minnesota Soybean Processors’ joint venture state-of-the-art soybean processing plant in Casselton, ND. North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota soybean producers now have a new year-round, local market, resulting in better soybean prices and better returns for farmers. Gov. Doug Burgum said, “We appreciate North Dakota Soybean Processors and its joint owners CGB Enterprises and Minnesota Soybean Processors for this significant investment, which will benefit our state’s economy and our citizens with tax revenue that supports essential services." NDSP extends our sincerest thanks to the many leaders, contractors, employees, and partners who have had a shared interest in the development, construction, and operation of this facility. We have exceptional partners in MnSP’s Jeramie Weller and Scott White. Local and state leadership includes Mayor of Casselton, Michael Faught, former Mayor Lee Anderson, Governor Doug Burgum (R-ND), Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), Senator John Hoeven , and US Representative Kelly Armstrong (R-ND), whose endorsements and support have been instrumental. Cass County leadership and Casselton city leadership provided crucial local partnerships as we navigated the project through its development – this includes the North Dakota Soybean Council (Chairman, Jim Thompson), North Dakota Soybean Growers Association, Casselton Community and Economic Development (Director, Adrienne Olson and former Director, Melissa Beach), Casselton Township (Chairman, Ryan Rademacher), as well as the County Commission (Chair, Chad Peterson). Also special thanks to the guiding support of the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation (President & CEO, Joe Raso), Cass Rural Water District (General Manager, Jerry Blomeke), Casselton Fire Department (Chief John Hejl), ND Ag Commissioner – Doug Goehring, ND Commissioner of Commerce – Josh Teigen, and Public Service Commissioner – Julie Fedorchak. We also want to acknowledge and thank McGough, KFI Engineers, Red River Valley & Western Railroad (President, Victor Meyers), BNSF Railway (General Director Agriculture Marketing, Matthew White), Sukup Manufacturing Co., and the many contractors and suppliers who have worked to see this project to fruition. Special thanks to the people of Cass County and the City of Casselton, the state’s soybean farmers, and the community at-large for welcoming us and becoming our partners. NDSP stands as a testament to our long-term commitment to Casselton and its surrounding areas. And, thank you to the NDSP team that is on the ground today! This is a world-class team who have been resilient and dedicated to this project all the way through. We are grateful for such a strong team supporting NDSP’s efforts in Casselton.

What a blast! Last week, Team McGough showed up and showed out at the first annual Chamber Champions League (CCL) hosted by the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce! Competing against 13 other teams, we played fun and challenging games like Airplane Toss, Boat Float, Building Block Speed Challenge, Group Draw and more. With a record of 8-3, we snagged 2nd place overall, right behind Kinney Creek Brewery. Huge thanks to the Rochester Chamber for an unforgettable day of team spirit and friendly competition. We can't wait to do it all again next year!

McGough's Facility Management team recently partnered with IREM to support our client, Every Meal, in a food drive. Every Meal combats child hunger by filling the food gaps children experience on weekends, holidays, and summer breaks when they don't have access to their regular school meal programs. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed either with food or cash donations!

Our team in Iowa had an amazing time at the Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity Women Build event! Together with co-sponsors IMEG and Bolton & Menk, Inc., our team rolled up their sleeves to do interior cabinets, trim, and laminate flooring and made a real impact for the family who will own this house. Giving a huge shoutout to the Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity for organizing such a fantastic event and a special thank you to Kari Boyens with IMEG for being Team Captain and organizing Kari’s Construction Crusaders team for the day. #WomenBuild #HabitatForHumanity #McGoughCares
