Last week, I was lucky enough to visit and connect with Ares Management Corporation, CBRE, JLL, and McWHINNEY during our Denver CRE trek! Last Friday, I had the privilege of traveling to Denver to attend a Commercial Real Estate Career Trek, where I had the opportunity to visit and learn from CBRE, JLL, Ares Management Corporation, and McWHINNEY. I am incredibly grateful to these companies for their hospitality and insights. Engaging with industry professionals and expanding my knowledge of the commercial real estate sector was a truly invaluable experience. On October 18, undergraduate students in the NAIOP Colorado | Project Destined Bridge program took a deeper dive into the development journey with an onsite tour of Evergreen Devco, Inc.’s 88th & Rosemary industrial project. Recently I had an amazing opportunity to tour McWHINNEYs Dairy Block in downtown Denver CO. Along with a tour of the Crawford hotel & Union station with Sage Hospitality Group. Dairy Block is a dynamic building featuring a mix of office spaces, restaurants, bars, Retail, and housing. Thank you to the McWhinney group and Sage Hospitality Group for your time and efforts.
