Such great work by our Thirty Madison and KMG teams to show the power of asynchronous telehealth to bring high quality, cost effective care to people who might otherwise lack access to mental health services. Gabriella I. Farkas MD PhD and Chelsea Orcutt lead an amazing team of professionals who are proving that innovation works!!
On Monday, we presented a poster at the American Psychiatric Association’s Annual Meeting, just in time for Mental Health Awareness Month! Meet Chelsea Orcutt, our Strategy & Operations Associate Director for Nurx Mental Health, and Neil Zlatniski MD FAAFP, our Clinical Lead for Nurx Mental Health. Chelsea and Neil shared our clinical outcomes across patients who had access to Nurx’s mental health care offering. The findings highlight the potential of asynchronous telemedicine to offer clinically significant patient outcomes for patients suffering from anxiety and depression, including for patients in medically underserved areas. It’s critical that we continue to break down barriers to care by proving that telemedicine can drive outcomes effectively for patients in need, especially in rural areas across the country. We’re proud of our clinical team and their continued commitment to driving outcomes that deliver high quality care to patients.
