Sales building has been my favorite part of working at Mendocino Farms as a catering specialist! Being able to create memorable experiences and building a relationship with clients always gets me so excited. From doing calls to check in on their orders and needs, to being apart of events and talking to clients personally each interaction is a chance to strengthen those connections. One of my favorite activities is doing cookie drops, where I share sweets with current and potential clients—it's a small gesture that leaves a lasting impression. Additionally, I enjoy tailoring our offerings to match the unique vision of each client, whether it's a corporate event or a personal celebration. Seeing their satisfaction when everything comes together perfectly is incredibly rewarding. Building rapport through these touchpoints not only enhances customer loyalty but also allows me to share my passion of making each experience truly special!

Happy 5-Year Mendo-versary to our Director of Facilities, Gene Davis MBA CRFP-PMP! Gene is a true rockstar in the restaurant facilities industry (often self-proclaimed!) and has "kept the lights on" for Mendocino Farms as we've grown to over 70 stores in 3 states. We're blessed to have him lead our Facilities Department and can't thank him, and the Facilities team, enough for all they do on a daily basis to serve our guests and operators.
