Sodexo USA's ALLYance reciprocal mentoring program - Cohort 2 - launched this past week! For some, this was their first business trip while others have been road warriors for much of their career. Regardless, the challenge was wholeheartedly accepted to “Decide… Do… Be You…,” to intentionally blur the lines where mentees become mentors & mentors become mentees, and to remain focused on our WHY! I cannot wait to see how this journey of a lifetime unfolds in the year ahead, but as Tony Tenicela reminds me often, to "savor the moment."
