In partnership with the City of Los Angeles, Community Development Partners and The Center, we would like to introduce Lake House! ❤️ ⁠ ⁠ Lake House is located in the Westlake/MacArthur Park neighborhood and offers 62 Permanent Supportive Housing units with essential services for those experiencing homelessness. Lake House includes furnished apartments, on-site property management, dedicated spaces for supportive housing, and communal areas for residents. ⁠ ⁠ We have even more housing projects opening this year! Introducing ANOTHER new project - Vista de la Sierra! We are proud to be one of the service providers along with Hope through Housing Foundation in this housing project developed by National Core ❤️ ⁠ ⁠ Vista de la Sierra developed by offers 80 affordable apartment homes for individuals and families with household income-qualifying maximums at various set-asides ranging from 30% to 60% of the area median income (AMI). Thirty-nine apartment homes are reserved as permanent supportive housing for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. Mercy House will be providing comprehensive supportive services for residents who were previously homeless, focusing on economic mobility and overall well-being. ⁠ ⁠ “With the Vista de La Sierra project, Mercy House is excited to further its relationship with National CORE and Hope through Housing, by creating and supporting much needed affordable housing for families, and supportive housing for homeless and highly vulnerable adults,” Mercy House CEO Larry Haynes said. “Every time we work together something truly special is created. Mercy House looks forward to expanding its impact within the City of Riverside. Honored to be in partnership with Wakeland Housing & Development Corporation, we would like to introduce a new housing development in Riverside, La Entrada! ❤️ ⁠ ⁠ La Entrada is a community consisting of 56 affordable homes for large families earning 30-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and an additional 8 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) units for people experiencing homelessness. Mercy House is providing residential services to all households which offers a variety of professional and personal development programs and social activities, as well as comprehensive wraparound support services to the PSH households designed to promote improved health and stability. ⁠ ⁠ We're going to be introducing additional housing development projects soon! In honor of Father's Day, we want you to meet Joseph ❤️ ⁠ ⁠ When Joseph first connected with Mercy House, his priority was to be able to provide for his children. As a single father, Joseph struggled to be able to find a job that could provide for himself and his children. With Mercy House, Joseph received supportive services to help him find a job that created a stable income. After eight months, Joseph and his kids received an Emergency Housing Voucher which led to his little family being permanently housed in their own apartment in Tustin, CA.
