Over the past several years, TransCrypts has saved hundreds of enterprises millions of dollars by automating employment and income verification tasks for their current and former employees. This effort resulted in the development of Castello, a multi-step reasoning agent powered by a cross-dataset RAG system. Now being integrated into enterprise workflows, Castello automates a wide range of tasks, from compliance checks to retention analysis, enabling businesses to streamline processes and lower operational costs. Developed in collaboration with industry leaders like NVIDIA, Meta, and Google, Castello is a major leap forward in enterprise automation. To further strengthen Castello's performance, TransCrypts incorporated real life human feedback, leveraging the power of Google Cloud’s Vertex AI and Meta’s Llama models, Castello has already exceeded generalist AI models in accuracy and efficiency.
