Thank you to Representative Jesús "Chuy" Garcia for visiting Metropolitan Family Services #Midway Center! It was amazing to welcome him back to Midway Children Center and our Jones Center (workforce development center). We had the opportunity to reintroduce Rep. Garcia to our programs and share the impact we are making for Chicago's littlest learners - ensuring they are school-ready and enter with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Our efforts also provide crucial support services to their families. We also had the chance to share our plans for expanding the Children's Center to ensure we can address community need. Special Thanks to Ric Estrada and the entire MFS team, including Dawn Delgado, Anne Larsen VanderWeele, and Alyssa Mendez for joining and making this happen!
