MGAC provided project management services for the renovation of 20 Massachusetts Avenue, affectionately known as “20 Mass,” an eight-story office building constructed in 1973. After redevelopment, the 427,690 SF building now stands at 10 stories with a penthouse, offering a mixed-use layout inclusive of hotel, restaurant, office, and retail space. This adaptive-reuse focused on reducing environmental impact and is in keeping with the historic surrounding area, while adding modern twists to the building's original heritage.
