Exciting News from Town of Billerica! On October 3rd, Allium Engineering celebrated the opening of a first-of-its-kind steel cladding factory in Billerica, marking a significant step forward for resilient, low-carbon infrastructure in the state. This facility highlights how public funding (MassTech Inc., Massachusetts Clean Energy Center) and private sector innovation are driving economic growth, creating new jobs, and positioning Massachusetts as a leader in sustainable manufacturing. In attendance were Deputy Director of MassTech, Ben Linville-Engler, CEO of MassCEC, Emily Reichert, and Town Manager of Billerica, Clancy Main, MPA.
