Our annual Indy Summer Outing has wrapped up successfully! Our Indy team enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at Victory Field cheering on the Indianapolis Indians. It's always great to step away from the office and strengthen our bonds. We’re excited to see how our other markets make the most of the remaining summer weeks!

We learned together. We laughed together. We cried together. I want to thank Dave Brackett and the wonderful leaders at Milhaus for entrusting me with their team at their Leadership Conference. It was great to be in a room full of caring and compassionate leaders who desire to do the right things for their teams and the business. Exciting progress at Via in Kansas City! We've just completed the framing on Level 5 and are making impressive progress on Level 6. Our team is hard at work installing windows, doors, and exteriors on the lower levels, as well as advancing the infrastructure in the garage. What's next? We're getting ready to complete the framing on the top level and continue essential installations on the upper floors. Inspections and preparations are underway for the next phases, including drywall, trim, and flooring. And there's more! Our team is currently finalizing the selection of fitness equipment and furnishings, with orders ready to be placed soon. Plus, we're starting to develop an exciting marketing strategy for our preleasing efforts. Getting down to the details is always an exciting part of the construction process.
