🌱 Growing Together, Building Community 🌱 Last week, the MINT team had the unique opportunity to volunteer at Fondazione Eris, in partnership with Pandora Cooperativa Sociale, an organization dedicated to creating employment opportunities for disadvantaged individuals. Our team stepped out of the office and into the garden, engaging in Horticultural Therapy alongside Fondazione Eris’ community members. Together, we planted, tended, and learned about the power of gardening as a therapeutic tool, nurturing connections and breaking down stigmas through shared experiences. The day ended with tea, heartfelt stories, and new perspectives.
