It's San Diego Design Week and SD Design Trek kicks off this Friday, September 20, 6pm, at the Exchange Pavilion in Balboa Park! I am honored and excited to moderate our panel, The Power of Belonging: Insights from Trailblazers on Charting Your Career Path in Design. Desi (Guusje) Bendeler, Leadership Coach and former CEO of thinkPARALLAX; John Ball, Partner and Creative Director of MiresBall; Michelle Peck, Sr. Director of Brand Experience at Tandem Diabetes Care; and Don Hollis, Creative Director of Hollis Brand Culture, will take us on their personal journeys, and share the role belonging and inclusivity have played in shaping their careers.
