We are now just a few short days away! This week marks a milestone for us at MIT Sloan with the opening of the new MIT Sloan ASEAN Office in Bangkok. We have a whole host of activities planned as part of the office opening capped off with the “Beyond Years: The Future of Longevity” conference. The conference will convene MIT faculty, experts, researchers, policymakers, and innovators for a two-day event (Oct 31-Nov 1) that will shape the narrative on the future of longevity. This first-ever conference as part of the new MIT Sloan ASEAN Office wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our conference sponsors. Thank you to Bangkok Bank, Permata Bank, VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center, and Siam Cement Group (SCG) for your support! For more info on the conference, visit: https://lnkd.in/gvqyRB87

We are looking forward to the upcoming GBSN Beyond Event in Bogota in a few weeks! Being a leadership sponsor is truly an honour, and we are excited to see the impact that results from this event. #GlobalPrograms
"If you want to do it alone, you'll go fast. If you do it together, you'll go further." That's the message MIT Sloan School of Management's David V Capodilupo shares when reflecting on the Global Business School Network ahead of our annual GBSN Beyond event. A longstanding member of GBSN, MIT Sloan is a generous leadership sponsor of this year's GBSN Beyond, taking place in Colombia (in just two weeks!) at Universidad De Los Andes Facultad de Administración. We're excited to see what this year's event will bring! #GBSNbeyond

Great write-up from Fernanda Soza surrounding MIT Sloan Global Programs' international involvement over the past years, especially the work done between Chile and MIT. David V Capodilupo • MIT Sloan Latin America Office #GlobalPrograms #MITSloan
Executive Director at ChileMass | Strategic Planning, Economic Development & Fundraising | Technology Enthusiast
Do you know that MIT’s first international office was opened in Santiago, Chile in 2013? We heard this at the #ChileMassInnovationDay, where we were honored to listen to the opening remarks from David V Capodilupo, Assistant Dean of Global Programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan. David shared inspiring insights, highlighting the deep partnership between MIT and ChileMass. He praised the importance of driving entrepreneurship and innovation in Chile, helping ensure talent stays in the region with support from government, academia, and capital. David reminded us that MIT’s first international office—the MIT Sloan Latin America Office —was opened in Santiago, a testament to the importance of collaboration between Chile and MIT. From cancer detection to women on boards, MIT has worked hand-in-hand with Chile to create impact, and David emphasized how knowledge creation will continue to shape the future. We are incredibly thankful for David and MSLAO's constant support and very proud to be part of this journey together! #ChileMass #Innovation #GlobalCollaboration #KnowledgeEconomy Marcelo Larraguibel Ramón Salinas Brittany McDonough Yuly Fuentes-Medel Ph.D. Sonia Cox Marcela Angulo Luis Valenzuela Michael Brooks
