“Recently published research from MIT Sloan School of Management finds that knowledge spillovers among startups in a co-working space are more likely to occur when those startups are within 20 meters of one another.” Proximity cannot be understated when it comes to innovation - which is another reason we intentionally bring our MIT REAP teams from all over the globe together at least four times per cohort.
