We are proud to be one of only two agencies in the United States to receive this prestigious distinction in the entrant category! 🚁 New Helicopter Hydrant Coming to Aliso Viejo! 💧 Moulton Niguel Water District is working with the Orange County Fire Authority, City of Aliso Viejo, County of Orange, and Aliso Viejo Community Association to install an advanced helicopter hydrant system that will aid firefighters responding to local wildfires. This new infrastructure will help firefighters in their battles against destructive blazes. The helicopter dip cistern holds 4,600 gallons of water and can be rapidly filled in 4 minutes. It's just one way Moulton Niguel is helping prepare for emergencies, such as Southern California wildfires.
