During our 10-week summer intern program, 20 undergraduates from colleges across the U.S. immersed themselves in professional development workshops, honing skills in time management, critical thinking, goal setting, and more. This program is designed to equip the next generation of health care leaders with the tools they need to excel in a rapidly evolving industry. One of our interns, Joshua Attobrah, shared his experience: "One of my favorite aspects of the internship was the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals who are deeply committed to improving health care outcomes. I enjoyed being involved in team meetings where we discussed ongoing projects and brainstormed innovative solutions to complex health care challenges. These sessions provided valuable insights into the collaborative nature of health care improvement efforts." We’re incredibly proud to support these future leaders as they embark on their journeys in health care. Their dedication, creativity and passion inspire us, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact they’ll make in the world. #InternshipProgram #MolinaHealthcare #LeadersOfTomorrow #FutureLearders

Last weekend, the Molina Healthcare of Illinois team had the honor of sponsoring the 95th Annual Bud Billiken Parade in Chicago's historic Bronzeville neighborhood. As they marched down Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive from 38th to 51st Street, the crowd greeted them with smiles and cheers, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of community pride and celebration. This iconic parade, which has been uniting the Chicago community since 1929, is a cherished event where the South Side can come together to honor its historic roots and celebrate a bright future. Dancers, bands, tumblers, elected officials and many community organizations filled the streets, making the day vibrant and memorable. During the event, they handed out Molina-branded fans and toothbrushes, candy, laundry bags, Bud Billiken t-shirts, and back-to-school flyers to attendees. They had a great time greeting the crowd with enthusiasm as they made their way into Washington Park, showcasing Molina's spirit! #BudBillikenParade #MolinaHealthcare #CommunityUnity #ChicagoTradition #MolinaPride
