Erin Moysey is a Loadout and Services Superintendent at Colonsay! Starting her career with @MosaicInCanada in 2018 as the Quality Control Lab Supervisor, she was quickly promoted to superintendent in 2021. Erin’s favourite part of her job is having the flexibility to be on the floor engaging with her crew, listening to, and implementing their ideas. Safety and inclusion in the workplace are important to Erin. She leads the planning committee for Colonsay's Safety as a Value annual event and is the Chapter Leader for Mosaic’s Women’s Employee Inclusion Network (EIN) and the site lead for the Diverse Abilities EIN. #WomensHistoryMonth

Shout out to our Operations & Procurement Teams for springing to action. In a couple of days, they secured, loaded, and delivered nearly 4,000 storm relief supplies to the Anna Maria Island Community Center. Everything from push brooms to batteries. Center staff then loaded smaller trucks for delivery to Bradenton Beach. Thanks to all for making this happen! The latest GAP Report shows that between 2013 and 2022, global TFP ( Total factor productivity) growth averaged only 0.74% per year. Yesterday, Mosaic employees came together at Metropolitan Ministries, Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee, and Manatee Community Foundation to support #HurricaneHelene relief efforts. Employees from across our operations, helped pack and sort food donations, cleaning and hygiene supplies for those affected by the storm. At Metropolitan Ministries, our team packed an impressive 405 boxes of food, along with 286 food donations at the Food Bank of Manatee! These donations and supplies will support hundreds of families and individuals impacted in our communities. We’re proud to be part of the recovery efforts for those affected by Hurricane Helene.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, we stand with our Florida communities by contributing $300,000 to organizations providing safety, shelter, food, and long-term recovery support. We’re also triple-matching employee donations to disaster relief organizations and double-matching all other qualifying donations. Employee volunteer events are also being coordinated in Hillsborough and Manatee Counties to help in the recovery effort. Hurricane Helene has passed through Florida, and we are assessing impacts from the storm. We are working to check in with every employee and believe all remain in safe locations with varying degrees of property damage. Mosaic has several support programs that employees can lean on in the days ahead. The safety of our people is our top priority. We are evaluating the impact to our facilities as it is safe to do so.
