Was really proud to be part of this project. Number portability in the wireless world makes identifying caller geographic location difficult. For instance, I still have my Columbus, OH number though I'm now in SW Wisconsin, near La Crosse. Being able to identify general location is key to getting help seekers to local counseling centers where state/local programs may be available to them. My calls now routes to the La Crosse area counseling center instead of Columbus, OH.
